I really appreciate how AMZ Prep handles our e-commerce fulfillment operations, including Amazon FBA prep and DTC fulfillment. One challenge we experienced was making sure our fulfillment and shipping requirements were communicated clearly as our order volume and product needs changed. There were also occasional delays or clarification needed around specific shipment details. We'd like to see continued improvement in communication and visibility during busy periods. More frequent updates on inventory status, shipment progress, and any potential delays would make it easier for us to plan ahead.
