AMS 360 is very easy to use and navigate, also with their suite of add-ons it makes managing an agency super easy! We use this EVERYDAY and the policy download features are top notch! Definitely helps us to stay on top of renewals etc. The reporting is clear and concise, and if there is ever an issue the support team is always ready and willing to help. The only downside of AMS360 is the Alerts and Suspense, it does not "pop up" or alert you if there are pending, due, or overdue suspenses. Wish they would change this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
