What do you like best about AMS360?
The most useful thing about AMS is having any information about a insured you can possible need. From personal info as in phone number, address, email etc to policy details, to even seeing the entire policy. You can view claims anything the insured can call and ask about. And on the other side you can see all accounting, all info for companies, certificates, everything at your fingertips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about AMS360?
Nothing I dislike, just know I have to have patience in certain instances, such as when an activity needs to be purged as a employee as made an error. I have to wait till afterhours when everyone is logged off to delete.
