AMS 360 is a popular agency management system (AMS) and is by the brokerage that I work for. The key features that we use is policy management. I use it daily for billing, creating certificates and other various acord forms. I always keep a record of all email communications and store policy documents. It has a built in ledger to keep track of all financial transaction. I learned the system very fast on my own without any training and I highly recommend it to anyone in the insurance business.
