What do you like best about Amplitude Guides and Surveys?

The setup is very easy and quick and it also provides a lot of customize features such as css format, style, color, dimensions to adjust which is very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplitude Guides and Surveys?

I wish some settings could be edited in bulk to speed up the overall process. For example, we use Guides as product recommendation pop-ups for over 35 different products. However, every time I duplicate a Guide, I still have to define the product-specific URL to trigger the pop-up. It took me 1–2 hours to update the setup for all 35 Guides with the same copy-and-paste steps, which is quite annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Amplitude Guides and Surveys solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the traditional challenge of building internal guides and surveys inside our own system, which usually requires a lot of developer capacity and long turnaround times.
