"Amplitude Guides & Surveys: Easy Setup, Seamless Targeting, and Big Dev Time Savings"
5/5
What do you like best about Amplitude Guides and Surveys?

Amplitude Guides and Surveys is an amazing, versatile feature that can save a lot of development time. The UX and UI are easy to understand and configure, and targeting users feels clear and seamless. You can even customize how the survey looks to match your own brand style, without needing help from the dev team.

Getting started is straightforward and clear from the beginning, and I haven’t run into any performance issues. The AI insights feature is also really cool, since it gives you a summary of how people interacted with your survey.

With just one survey, we save at least a week of development time (designing the survey with the FE, setting up DB endpoints, etc.), and we could launch the survey with just a product person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplitude Guides and Surveys?

One thing I felt was missing was the ability to delay surveys so they would trigger on a specific event with a time delay. However, this was recently added as a feature, so for now I can’t think of anything else that’s missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
