"Powerful Behavioral Analytics and Experimentation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?

What I like most about Amplitude Analytics is how it turns user behavior data into actionable insights. Tools like funnel analysis, retention analysis, user segmentation, and dashboards make it easier for me to see how users interact with a product and to spot opportunities to improve the overall user experience. I also find Session Replay helpful for digging into user journeys and pinpointing where users run into difficulties. Its experimentation capabilities are especially valuable for comparing different experiences and supporting data-driven decisions. Overall, Amplitude Analytics offers a strong mix of behavioral analytics, visualization, and experimentation within a single platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?

Although Amplitude Analytics offers powerful analytics and experimentation features, some advanced capabilities can take time to understand, especially for new users. Setting up event tracking, configuring funnels, and interpreting experimentation results may require additional technical knowledge. The platform could improve the onboarding experience by providing more step-by-step guidance, simpler explanations of advanced metrics, and clearer recommendations when configuring reports. These improvements would help new users become productive more quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
