"Intuitive Self-Serve Analytics with Funnels, Cohorts, Session Replay, and Experimentation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?

Self-serve analysis is the biggest win for us. Building funnels, cohorts and retention charts is intuitive, so product, marketing and growth teams can look into user behaviour on their own. Session replay and experimentation sit in the same place. That means we can spot a problem in a conversion flow, watch what users are actually doing, and test a fix without switching tools. Dashboards are easy to share, which keeps everyone working from the same numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?

There’s a learning curve beyond the basics. Building a simple funnel is easy, but newer team members can find cohorts, custom formulas and some of the more advanced chart settings hard to get to grips with. Keeping the event taxonomy clean takes ongoing effort. Without that, you end up with duplicate or poorly named events and people unsure which one to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
