"Straightforward Report Building with Comprehensive Testing and AI Visibility"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?

Building reports is straightforward, and it’s easy to experiment as you go. I also like that it supports comprehensive testing at both the web and product level, along with solid AI visibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?

Sharing reports isn’t very straightforward. Support can be a bit tricky to reach (although they’re quite helpful once you do). The session replay and heatmap features also haven’t been as helpful for me as I expected, especially compared with other marketing analytics tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Understanding incoming traffic and using it to build cohorts for micro-targeted campaigns has been really valuable for us. The AI visibility has also informed our SEO and AIO strategy, and it’s helped us better understand user behavior on our website. As a result, we’ve been able to improve our Paid ADs performance by building stronger, more relevant cohorts. On top of that, the visibility into AI prompts and how our brands perform there has helped us immensely in shaping and refining our AIO strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
