What do you like best about Amio?

The chatbots are doing a great job with handling both the donor inquiries, and the questions from founders of public collections. The chatbot performs really well after being trained on our knowledge data and is able to answer even very random queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amio?

The deployment was postponed, partly because we weren’t fully prepared. However, with more effective early coordination, the process could have been more efficient. I'm looking forward to seeing more analytics features, to better understand . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Amio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Amio significantly reduces our fundraising and suppport team's workload by automating responses to both the donor and founder questions, ensuring we provide timely support during critical fundraising periods. Amio is able to automate a lot of conversations without the need of a human assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
