What do you like best about Ambit?

- Intuitive and easy to get started, functional visual designer

- good NLU engine allowing multiple language models, algorithms and even multiple providers (e.g. it works with Microsoft's LUIS engine as well).

- Love the NLU decision tree!

- Live hand-over to a human agent Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ambit?

No instant SaaS purchase option (yet) from what I can see Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ambit:

There are other options if you want command-style question/answer pairs. But for a natural conversation it is one of the best Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ambit solving and how is that benefiting you?
