What do you like best about Amazon Transcribe?

1. I will say it serves it what it says or deliver. We're using it for English language transcription for now and it is providing quite accurate results.<br>2. Can be easily implemented with other AWS services with multiple ways like coding and so on.<br>3. Provides speaker wise transcription as well as consolidated transcription too.<br>4. Pay per user model so cost effective if you don't have very huge usage.<br>5. They also provide field Specialised transcriptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amazon Transcribe?

If you have a large amount of daily data to transcribe then it may incur huge costing per year. Better to go with custom model deployment for it like Open AI whisper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Amazon Transcribe solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've built a meeting note capturing tool which can capture meeting notes with both clients and investors. Sometimes we need some important parts to capture or record and transcribe. Initially, we decided to deploy our own system but then we decided to go ahead with AWS Transcribe because it was not cost-effective as per our use case. As per our use case, results were satisfactory and cost-effective for now so we decided to go ahead with the managed service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
