What I like most about Amazon Marketing Cloud is that it allows me to understand the customer's entire journey much better, and not just focus on the last click before a purchase. This helps identify which campaigns are truly influencing the purchase decision, create more precise audiences, and make decisions based on more solid data, instead of relying solely on intuition. Additionally, I find it very valuable that all of this is done within a secure and privacy-respecting environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like least about Amazon Marketing Cloud is that at first it can be somewhat complex, especially if you don't have a very analytical profile or knowledge of SQL to fully exploit its potential. Additionally, obtaining truly useful insights can take time, because you need to structure your queries well and understand how to interpret the data. It is not always a "plug and play" tool; it requires learning and dedication to make the most of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
