I really appreciate how easy it is to perform complex NLP tasks like sentiment analysis and entity recognition without needing a deep background in machine learning. The pre-trained models are quite accurate, and the ability to automatically detect and redact PII is a huge plus for maintaining data privacy in our workflows. While the tool is powerful, the pricing can become quite steep if you are processing very large volumes of data daily. Additionally, I’ve found that the training time for custom classification models can be a bit slow, and I would appreciate more flexibility in fine-tuning models for highly specialized industry jargon.
