Honestly, the meeting links are what sold me. Guests aren’t forced to download anything, there’s no “which version are you on?” back-and-forth, you just click and you’re in. For internal calls, our team has completely stopped dreading the whole setup process. The calendar integration also quietly does its job without needing babysitting, which might sound small, but it removes real friction throughout a busy week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The mobile app is the weak spot, it lags behind the desktop experience in a pretty noticeable way. Notifications have also been hit or miss for us, sometimes a message just doesn't ping at all. And compared to Teams or Zoom, the feature set feels a bit thin if you need anything beyond basic calls and chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
