I love the fact that I can preview the candidate's profile before adding the candidate profile to my folder before exporting it to our ATS. Amazing Hiring is just like an advanced Boolean Search for candidates, it returns thousands of profile with contacts and without contacts. There are some profiles that are returned from your search queries sometimes that's not relevant to the search term you input and if a candidate has multiple email addresses it will create another entry which makes most of the candidates to have duplicate entries, I wished they can update their Algorithm to delete the candidate previous corporate email address if he/she is no longer with the company because most of the time, the emails never get delivered to the recipient/candidate and this increases bounce rate and this will also reduce duplicate entries for each candidate.
