Amaze by Intellective has been useful for creating knowledge base articles as a technical writer working for a software company. I like the clear and simple interface and the opportunity to create article structures with the help of drag and drop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Amaze has a vast selection of templates which are ready to use however the options to edit the templates provided are quite few. I also face a problem whereby there are no options to customize the articles to suit our brand name and other user preferences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
