What do you like best about Altitude?

The administration of the solution in general is straightforward once you get used to the product. The Altitude Script language is surprisingly robust, although it has some limitations that should be addressed. The administration of campaigns is more complicated than that of IVR channels, but in general, it is simple once you get the right tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Altitude?

The learning curve is very steep at the beginning. The information from the different manuals is extensive but sometimes scattered and does not reflect all the situations you may encounter when managing the solution.

Undoubtedly, the administration of the internal Database managed by Altitude leaves much to be desired.

Also, I must mention that the USupervisor tool has terrible usability in large solutions, although the version 8.5 is yet to be tested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Altitude solving and how is that benefiting you?

Altitude stands out for its versatility in recognizing and handling complex DTMF patterns during communications between devices and an IVR script. The most remarkable aspect is the fact that it is possible to parameterize to such an extent the limits of reception and interpretation of DTMF patterns as well as the different telephony events. This allows us to create versatile IVR scripts loaded with functionality that increase productivity and facilitate the control and administration of the solution in general.
