What do you like best about Alternit One?

The support team made technical information easy to understand and walked me through each step. They told me methods to fix my issue and as I am not the most tech savvy, they made me follow steps and get it solved. They are really professional and supportive. What do you dislike about Alternit One?

At times, I found it challenging to understand some representatives due to the strong word terminology they were using as I am not the best with IT however they were able to stick with me and assist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
