I think Alternit One is a really good solution for tech support, especially if you don't have a dedicated tech support person. I like that employees can call in and get tech support help basically any time, which is always good for employees working in different time zones. They were very effective at solving my headset connection issue on the very first call. I really like having clear, professional tech support on call, and I feel like they do a really good job. I think they sometimes make assumptions about what products I’m using. On my call, they assumed I was using Teams, when I could have been using Zoom, Google Meet, or another platform. I’d prefer that they ask me directly which platform I’m using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
