What do you like best about Alterdesk?

In the busy office life we pay third party to be our communication link but that is not OK right. We need our own communication system but not pricey. Again building own communication application can be costly business. In this evolving world we only can't build the app and use it forever. What do you dislike about Alterdesk?

Alterdesk is competing against big big apps like Skype it has to have enough security and adaptability. Again using this can be hectic when you are less number of people use it. Like Skype and Webex it is not that popular so while dealing with other companies and if they are not using Alterdesk then you have to have Skype or Webex. Recommendations to others considering Alterdesk:

Alterdesk has to have maximum compatibility of words, videos and other sending stuffs. Again animation of user can be cool thing to introduce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Alterdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

As it is super easy to use and it will help you to connect with your teammates and also video clarity is awesome. In other words chatting and video calling is the two shining things it has. The customization part is really cool as not all communication apps allows user to customize their application as the way user wants. That thing makes user more friendly and it has its own charisma.
