"Alphie Turns Website Visits Into Targeted Leads and Personalized Outbound"

What do you like best about Alphie?

Alphie shows us which companies visit our website, and we get a Slack alert when the ones we're targeting do. The best part is the outbound: Alphie finds the right contacts at those companies and drafts personalized emails based on what they looked at on our site. This saves a lot of manual research and writing, and we didn't have to add another outbound tool to our stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alphie?

Not every visitor can be identified, so some traffic still stays anonymous. That's expected now that so many people work from home and aren't on a company network, but we'd love even higher match rates. Still, the companies Alphie does identify give us more than enough to act on, and the insights we get are far better than the traffic numbers we had before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Alphie solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Alphie, we spent a lot of time, money, and energy on cold outbound: building lists, researching contacts, and writing emails to people who had never heard of us. Now we convert more of the traffic we're already bringing to our website. We reach out to companies that have already shown interest, with messages based on what they actually looked at, so our outreach feels relevant instead of random.
