The LAB's! The LAB materials were outstanding. They came complete with clear exercise instructions that challenged, diagrams of the topologies and answer keys for when I got stuck or was not totally clear on the right commands to execute. The practice exams were challenging and forced me to understand, retain and recall the CCNA curriculum in order to consistently pass them. Alpha was one of my primary study and practice tools used to study and prepare for my CCNA. Thanks in part to the Alpha Prep team, I passed my CCNA exam and officially certified.
