What do you like best about AlpacaRelay?

I started using alpacarelay almost 6 months ago and the product has come a long way in that time. It started with AI template generation and scoring, which is what got me to sign up. The downside at the start is that they didn't have any send or list management tools so I had to keep my ESP. Now they've added it and I can do everything I was doing on Constant Contact before, so I was able to drop my membership. The templates are great. I get professional results without needing to make a bunch of design decisions, and the tool just gets better and better the more I use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AlpacaRelay?

There's still some advanced features that Alpacarelay doesn't have, like A/B testing, but to be honest I never used it even when I had it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AlpacaRelay solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was spending way too much time fighting with Constant Contact's editor just to send simple updates about our specials. Their undo button would break, copy-paste required logging out and back in. I can draft emails here in 15-20 mins and it is a much less frustrating process. My open rates jumped to 28% on spring promotion emails. One customer actually replied the same day asking about our early-bird discount. I'm getting real responses instead of just hoping people see the emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
