What do you like best about Aloware?
Aloware as a user allows me to make calls easily, send text messages and write up a disposition all in one spot. As an admin, it's easy to set up users and create reports based on user calls, text messages, and general activity across the whole Aloware account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Aloware?
Sometimes the desktop app can be buggy when an inbound call is made, whether the call doesn't show up or disappears after you accept it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
