**What do you like best about Aloware?**

An all in one main phone line that also offers text campaigns

**What do you dislike about Aloware?**

Lack of email campaign option, makes it a bit limited. Also phone app doesn't ring nor notify user so the only way I know I've received a call or text is via an email. Upload of contacts doesn't bring in any tags created in other CRMs. Cost of service doesn't include all the extra charges which is significant.

**What problems is Aloware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replace another vendor VOIP system that was my main business line plus texting campaign system.

I think the best feature and the most convenient feature hands down has to be the fact that yu get to have calls texts and CRM workflows all in the same platform

**What do you dislike about Aloware?**

Nothing so far. I have found it to be pretty convenient so far

**What problems is Aloware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had to use multiple platforms for Analysis, Texts, calls, follow ups and CRM activities, Now i have it all at one place which make it easier and more effiecient to perform the tasks everyday

Great VM and SMS template process.  Integrates nicely with HubSpot.

System disconnects with HubSpot at times and has been difficult as non admin user to get reconnection completed.

Helps increase call volume, standardizes VM and SMS templates, and integrates nicely with HubSpot for documentation purposes

I like that, thanks to my calls being recorded, I can later listen to the audio to see what I did wrong and what I need to improve for next time.

Sometimes I have very low response rates because, on occasion, my number appears as "Scam Likely" on my clients' phones.

**What problems is Aloware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I assign a number depending on each state with an area code that matches the client's, which generates more trust for them.

**What do you like best about Aloware?**

Aloware helps businesses connect with customers effortlessly. You can make calls, send text messages, and manage all your contacts in one convenient platform. I love that it works seamlessly on both my phone and computer. One of the best features is that you can listen to calls and get an AI-generated summary, which makes it super easy to stay organized and save time. Aloware is a game-changer for teams looking to improve communication and efficiency. Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about Aloware?**

Sometimes Aloware has a knowledge base, but the information is not always clear. In those cases, it’s easier when an agent explains it directly. That would be the only downside.

**What problems is Aloware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aloware helps me stay in touch with customers in one place. I can call, text, and track conversations without switching between different tools. It saves me time and keeps everything organized. The biggest benefit for me is better communication with customers and less confusion for my team.

**What do you like best about Aloware?**

Aloware's user interface is super intuitive and the design is very easy on the eyes. I use this for a total of about 8 hours daily to make calls and I can confidently say that this is one of the best dialers and communications management tools out there.

**What do you dislike about Aloware?**

There's this issue that I am currently encountering with Aloware wherein I will make the outbound call and it will just go to the background. I cannot interact with it; I cannot send the voicemail recording if it goes to voicemail and I cannot end the call. It really is a hassle for me.

**What problems is Aloware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes outbound calls easy and simple, with just a copy and paste of a customer's number you can go straight to calling; unlike the previous dialers that I tried wherein you really need to type in the numbers and/or follow their only accepted formats. With Aloware, it automatically detects the number in any format and it will also read it from any website or application. I also like their option to send out recordings; so, you do not have to repeat yourselfevery time you got sent to the receiver's voicemail.

I find Aloware convenient because it's easy to go from CRM to making calls. The one-click calls feature really stands out for me. I also like the ability to add colleagues to calls easily. The initial setup was fairly easy as it integrated with HubSpot.

Sound quality and dropped calls
