What do you like best about Aloware?
I like being able to access everything from any device. When a customer calls in, I know immediately that it is a customer calling and don't have to wonder which calls are personal and which ones are work on my cell phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Aloware?
Aloware could improve its ability to text to clients which have duplicate entries in their system. Sometimes I have a customer and a company under the same number but as two contacts and I have to use a work around to text those clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
