I have found Alooba to be both a useful tool for automation and insightful for analysis of prospective candidates. It is without a doubt that I will support the usage of Alooba for future hiring rounds; in my team and other parts of our organization. This is a tool you should use early and frequently in managing your technical assessments! My initial impression as a job applicant was positive and I sought it out as part of our hiring strategy. Much to my immediate relief, the founder replied directly and got us going. Fantastic customer service! The off the shelf assessments are another way to save time and easily implement. I also really liked being able to swap questions more applicable to my role target in place of the default ones. I really like the analytics on the assessments, particularly the 'awareness' feature. If using the platform with other hiring tools, it can be a bit challenging to quickly access roster of applicant data. Alooba takes time to anonymize results which is good but to my knowledge I could only reveal one applicant at a time. This was tough for mapping back to the other talent management tools I use. I wasn't able to integrate with our existing talent platform simply because I didn't have the approval. It's good to see Alooba offers that integration too. I'm afraid it has to be said that one question had the wrong rubric which drove a lot of confusion among applicants and may erode trust for some users.
