Centralized management of all recruiting activity -- managing multiple job sites is a huge pain and it's nice to have all prospect information centrally available. Previously I was storing all resumes in a shared folder that was hard to search and almost impossible to classify properly. Building your own careers page is just another software asset to maintain and buying third party software is yet another thing to manage.
