Performance, easy of use, lot's of tools already implemented. Alokai console gives a nice overview of the solution in case of alokai cloud. Good documentation and even better support from Alokai. Overall no problems (no errors, no crashes etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Limited administration capabilities in alokai cloud - no SSH access to server limits the way of custom changes. Logs are difficult to browse only through alokai console. Without New Relic it would be really difficult to find anything in logs, specially on our production environment (where we have a LOT of logs). Simple SSH access (even with just read access) would help, as there are many text editors or commands like tail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
