There are two key things worth highlighting: the people and the platform itself.

First, the people. We had an outstanding experience working with every Alokai team member we interacted with. They were always available, supportive, even when the issue extended beyond Alokai’s direct scope. Their collaboration and commitment made them a truly valuable extension of our delivery team.

Second, the platform. From a project management perspective, I can confidently say we've never encountered any major issues with Alokai. The console is so well-designed and intuitive that I was able to independently track performance trends. We’ve now been live for over a year without a single incident caused by the platform which speaks for itself ;) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
