The data is there. It's web-based, and it has most features you could ask for at a lower cost. Every year it gets more and more powerful and easier to use. Customer support is quick and responsive. Integration was easy, but I would suggest running a parallel system for several months. Switching from site to site and year to year is easy, in the same tab which makes using often a breeze. There are a lot of fields that are under "reporting" tabs instead of integrated to the bio tab. Some state-specific reporting fields are duplicated (sex vs. gender, race vs. race 1, etc.).
