The AI intelligence could be a bit better. I think adding an FAQ chatbot on the dashboard—so I can ask broad questions and get a quick response—would be an amazing improvement. The material on the help site is already very informative, but having a chatbot, in my opinion, could spice it up a little and make support feel more interactive.
