What do you like best about AllProWebTools?

My favorite part of AllProWebTools is its simple, all-in-one lightweight structure that perfectly fits our supermarket team’s daily operational needs. Before we adopted this tool and migrated from CentralStationCRM, we juggled multiple separate platforms and messy spreadsheets to track suppliers, store tasks, and customer promotions, which created constant workflow chaos. I experienced a major operational hassle with our fresh fruit supplier Obsthandel Süd GmbH last year. Back when we relied on scattered tools, we updated their seasonal delivery adjustment terms in only one local spreadsheet, and other team members had no way to view the latest changes. This led our purchasing team to place an outdated bulk order, resulting in excess fruit inventory and massive waste losses. After switching to AllProWebTools, I can log every supplier update, delivery adjustment, and cooperation note directly in one unified vendor profile. The platform’s intuitive dashboard and built-in task tracking are extremely user-friendly, requiring almost no professional training for our store managers and frontline administrative staff. Every time I finish negotiating new cooperation terms with suppliers like BioMilch Hessen GmbH, I can immediately set task reminders for contract reviews, quality inspections, and delivery follow-ups. What do you dislike about AllProWebTools?

The biggest drawbacks of AllProWebTools focus on its inadequate permission management, missing localized compliance tools, and lack of third-party integrations, which bring frequent hidden risks to our retail supplier management work. The most prominent problem is the absence of refined layered user permissions. Our team has headquarters staff, store managers, and junior administrative employees with different job authorities, but the tool only supports basic unified access settings. I encountered a typical mistake with our core fruit supplier Obsthandel Süd GmbH. A new junior employee was sorting vendor files and accidentally modified the confirmed minimum delivery quantity in the system. Since we could not set read-only permissions for key supplier data, the error was not detected in time, causing our warehouse to prepare insufficient stock and lead to fruit shelf shortages across two stores during peak weekend shopping periods. Besides permission flaws, the platform has no pre-built GDPR templates adapted to German retail scenarios. We need to manually modify every customer and supplier contact entry to meet local data protection rules, which adds repetitive daily work. It also cannot integrate with our Mega for Business cloud storage. All qualification certificates and delivery contracts of suppliers like BioMilch Hessen GmbH are stored in the cloud, yet we can’t bind files to system profiles, forcing us to manually copy links. Last month, I shared an expired supplier qualification link due to manual operation errors, delaying our regular supplier qualification review process. In addition, the system lacks retail-specific custom field templates, so I had to manually build fields for fresh food shelf life tracking and delivery cycle records from scratch, costing us extra working hours every month. AllProWebTools completely solves the core problem of fragmented supplier and customer data that plagued our supermarket team for a long time, standardizing our daily operational workflows and avoiding repeated operational errors caused by scattered information. Previously, we used CentralStationCRM paired with multiple spreadsheets to manage dozens of fresh food suppliers, leading to disjointed information and frequent communication loopholes. I faced a serious work accident with our organic dairy supplier BioMilch Hessen GmbH in the early stage. We adjusted their weekly delivery time to adapt to store peak hours, but the updated information was only recorded in a personal spreadsheet instead of a public system. The follow-up team failed to get the latest news, continued to follow the old delivery schedule, and caused a full-day dairy shortage in three chain stores, triggering numerous customer complaints. After using AllProWebTools, all supplier negotiation records, delivery rules, quality inspection requirements and follow-up tasks are uniformly stored in the system. All team members can view real-time and accurate vendor data, completely avoiding the information loss and update lag problems of the old workflow. The built-in task reminder function also helps us timely follow up supplier contract renewals and regular quality inspections, greatly improving our operational efficiency. However, the tool still has obvious defects that limit its practical value. Imperfect permission management once caused wrong data modification for Obsthandel Süd GmbH, and the lack of GDPR templates and cloud storage integration forces us to spend a lot of time on manual sorting and configuration every day.
