What do you like best about Alloy Navigator?

The asset inventory is the feature I rely on the most. It lets me see exactly which devices are deployed, which ones are still under warranty, and when licenses are coming up for renewal. Before, all of that information lived in spreadsheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alloy Navigator?

The learning curve during the rollout was real, especially for staff who weren’t familiar with ITSM tools. Alloy’s team helped us configure the system and build confidence with the platform over the first few months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Alloy Navigator solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our district has a limited IT staff and a growing number of student devices. Alloy helps us stay on top of our asset base without requiring constant manual checks, and the ticketing system ensures teacher requests are handled in a predictable order rather than based on who emails the loudest.
