The Free-style Canvases allow for better expression of Results and Updates of a particular task. The collaboration utilities, like the chat and the live pointer of other participants on a canvas, are excellent, especially for teams working remotely and in different time zones. Great tool to communicate a summary of results with non-technical team members. Great for small-mid sized teams that don't really require as tight of a control as something that Asana offers. The text box/typing on canvases seems a bit unsmooth and rigid. IMO, you could emphasize on the linking options more as Canvases are a great place to share Summaries and results, but the thorough 12 page content is in some Google Doc/Sheet. I don't really get what OKRs and Projects do. Are they the same thing. Why does a key result have a different canvas? Maybe a short FAQ/Help/How to for an ignorant non-PM user like me that doesn't disappear after I first login Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
