"Best Solution for Geofencing and QR Scans, Backed by Responsive Support"

What do you like best about allGeo?

It meets our needs of geofencing capabilities and qr scans. We use these across multiple airport clientel and this was the best solution we found for QR scans in particular although we have also been using their data forms. They have good customer service which is responsive and helpful. When we needed additional custom work done they are quick to turn it around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about allGeo?

We have a "niche" that allGeo fills, there are lots of pieces of the platform that we don't use. As far as disliking, some of the front-end UI could be more intuitive. For example, it uses words and terminology that not everyone is familiar with. These could be helped by including tooltips on the menu items or buttons. Also some processes feel overly complicated like setting up a QR scan or form should be just a few button clicks. The overall look and feel is a bit dated so a freshen up would be nice. I have noticed the addition of an AI agent recently but haven't had much chance to use it so that is a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is allGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we looked for a QR scanning software that allowed us to create custom QR scans and track them this was the best solution we found. We had a client that needed to track rental carts at airports and how they move through the terminals so geo-fencing and QR scans through allGeo helped us solve that.
