I enjoy the reporting features in Alleva EHR more than anything else. As the administrator, I need to be able to see data and develop reports. I have worked with other EHRs where the reporting was lacking in significant ways, whereas Alleva simplifies many of these common issues. Also, the Alleva team is quick to respond to questions or help develop a report when I am having trouble on the development side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside in the past was billing, which has since been adjusted for the customer's needs. I am excited to see the billing reports once we use this new feature and the clearing house side entirely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
