I WOULD FIND ANOTHER SOLUTION **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** David F. | Marketing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2025 **What do you like best about Alldata?** I wouldn't know because they keep charging me monthly but been locked out for months now. **What do you dislike about Alldata?** Talking to their account manager that will tell you anything to sign up for their 1 year contract and then when you need to cancel within the 30 day paid window trial will tell you he doesn't know what you're talking about and lock you out of the platform even while you're paying the full monthly to get caught back up and only solution is to offer extending your 1 year agreement. This company has been a nightmare and they do not care. **What problems is Alldata solving and how is that benefiting you?** I haven't been able to login for months now. I've given up but they're quick to tell me they'll send me to collections if I don't continue paying.
