What I like best about Aliveforms is that it is very simple to create forms using this tool- you just have to sign up with your mail id and the dashboard is there, you can choose yourself what kind of form you want to generate. I used it in my company for taking employee surveys, creating monthly feedback forms and sometimes for recruitment. It simply collects all the data from the users and put it in one place. You can also create an excel sheet of that data or add your teammates who would be able to access the information. I also loved how it provides different templates with different designs, you can choose your companys' color theme as well. You can customize the form however you like. There are options for answers for example - multiple choice, short answer, long answer. It's totally upto you what kind of form you want and for what purpose. Aliveforms had made my work effortless. Though I liked everything about Aliveforms- it's features, the templates, the support chat. One issue I faced that it took a lot of time to load lengthy forms such as forms that requires more details or in depth information. Sometimes that process took a bit more time and expected. It delays the whole recruitment process If you're doing urgent hiring. I would suggest to make the procedure a little faster so that it won't result in delayed response. I've used Aliveforms for creating almost every form I needed such as employee survey, employee feedback or collecting candidate information for hiring process. It's been a complete saviour for me- very easy to use, no issue in finding the template, collects and organize data as per your requirement. Being an HR it is very important to collect data of all the employees and candidates and organize it in a well-mannered way. Aliveforms is a great tool for doing that in one go. The automation feature is the best it gives you daily reminders for the work that is to be done so you don't miss any deadlines. It is user-friendly, even interns can use it without any training as it provides clear instructions to create a form. It reduces manual work such as creating excels by yourself.
