What do you like best about Alitu?

Many audio editor or processing platforms have a "Parallel" feature. For example - audio track, music and sound effects. Few have "linear" splicing or editing option- for example intro for podcast episode, episode itself, any call to action and outro. Typically the first and last pieces are the same. Upload them once, select them from the drop down menu, and use the intro/outro for as many episodes you like. Makes a repetitive task easy. They have of course added many other features over time. What do you dislike about Alitu?

Site is slow at times, interface is not the sharpest. The clunky interface is somewhat made better by the little 'robot' mascot which appears on the screen. The audio processing may take lot longer for heavier files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Alitu solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a project where we had to publish one new podcast episode every day. This is where the batch processing / uploading a common intro and outro was helpful. We had signed up for the paid plans twice - the pricing was much lower (mid- 20's a month in US Dollar terms) and while the price seems to have gone up by 50 percent since then, they seem to have added many more features- audio recording, editing, transcript generation, music library for sound effects. They seem to have fallen for the "AI for X" (editing, transcription...) trap, but that is a malaise that affects many SaaS founders, not singling out this particular provider.
