What do you like best about Aline AI?

Setup was fast and did not require a dedicated implementation project, which matters when you are a one person legal department. The workflows have been the standout, routing intake, review, and approvals in a structured way instead of everything landing in my inbox. Their APIs are also refreshingly easy to work with, which made connecting Aline to the rest of our stack far less painful than I expected. Just as important, their team is responsive and genuinely open to building toward what we need rather than pointing us to documentation and calling it a day. What do you dislike about Aline AI?

Nothing meaningful so far. We are still early enough in our use that I have not hit a real limitation, and the things I would normally flag as gaps have been handled by their team when I have raised them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aline AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Aline, our contracts lived in too many places. Email threads, shared drives, and whatever the requesting department happened to save locally. Aline gave us a single system of record, so I can actually see what we have signed, what is pending, and what is coming up for renewal without going digging.

The bigger benefit is keeping things moving. Contracts used to stall because a request came in through a side channel or an approval sat with someone who did not know it was waiting on them. Having intake, review, and approvals run through one structured process means fewer things fall through the cracks and the business gets answers faster.
