What do you like best about Alignmint?

I replaced our entire tech stack and saved money and hassle. The customer service has been insanely responsive and fun people to talk with. Alignmint helped me bring over all of our donor payment information without missing a single donation, and I didn’t have to impose on donors by asking them to set up a new account. What do you dislike about Alignmint?

I’m just hoping for a few new enhancements to a couple of the tools, but the developers have said they’re working on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Alignmint solving and how is that benefiting you?

We deeply interviewed many of the competitors in this product field and quickly found that this company is not wasting our time! It is the first all-in-one operating system for nonprofits; finance, donors, marketing, events, collaboration, and compliance, all built on modern architecture that legacy systems literally cannot replicate. Alignmint gives me real control of my organization’s data and donor data, and it feels future-proof because they keep up with tech development instead of holding us hostage the way others in this field do when their technology falls behind. When we reach out for help, the team is responsive, kind, informed, encouraging, and genuinely fun to work with. As a fiscal sponsorship, this is the first all-in-one software we’ve found that offers Privacy Walls and true Fund Accounting.
