Their customer support is top-notch: they’re always available to help, and they’ll send videos that walk you through processes and show you how to maximize the product. They’re also open to building features into their system at a customer’s request, and they work with you through the entire process to ensure 100% satisfaction.

They’ve improved the speed and functionality of their site at our request, which has been a huge benefit. We’ve worked closely with their team members to develop systems for our data integration from other platforms, and they made the process super simple and easy for us. Their data is also easy to access and download for our records.

Their product is priced fairly and is definitely worth the money, especially with the support you receive throughout the entire year. The system is very simple to use for both our staff and parents.
