"Alexandria: an Unexpected Surprise!"

What do you like best about Alexandria?

Alexandria is extremely efficient. Every task one needs to perform in a library can be done easily with Alexandria. I did not purchase this initially; it was in place when I arrived but I understand the cost is quite reasonable. The customer service is STELLAR!!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alexandria?

The only downside is getting used to a new system if one has not worked on Alexandria before...which would be true with any new system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Alexandria:

If your district is looking at new circulation software, I would encourage you to look at Alexandria and compare it with other programs. I believe it offers more bang for the buck! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Alexandria solving and how is that benefiting you?

The procedures are easy to learn so after a few tries, I found myself not needing to look at notes. I have found it to be very user friendly and I can performs tasks quickly and easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
