What do you like best about Aletiq?

I think it's a very good tool! I like the features, I think they're good quality and user friendly, I think the performance is good, I never had issues, ROI is already achiever for us, took somewhere between 4-6 months but we're still happy about the result! I don't use integrations that much but my colleagues noted that cad and plm synchronization is top notch, I think erp is good as well. Onboarding went well, the team is really nice and friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aletiq?

I really like in-app tutos when I learn a new tool but Aletiq doesn't have them, I had to check some articles. I think it's more like a personal preference, at the end it was still relatively easy to understand how Aletiq works and get used to it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aletiq solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our data quality became way better, no more duplicates, all information is up to date or if it's not, I'm always aware of it. Centralizing information helped us to keep our data well structured, and everyone now can easily access it, whatever they need, no more chasing colleagues and I saved a loooot of time on data search Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
