What do you like best about Aletiq?

Rapidity of the tool, I like the design, integrations work good and sync is immediate between ERP - PLM and CAD - PLM, onboarding was good, we had a couple of training sessions and they were all clear and informative, it was easy to start using Aletiq even after the first training, pricing is very competitive, AI works pretty fine Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aletiq?

I like the UX but colors could be better, it's a bit too blue to my taste Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aletiq solving and how is that benefiting you?

Processes got better for sure, less painful, they're well identified now and everyone has to follow them, it improved our traceability. Communication is less painful too, with the activity feed, comments, and workflows with automatic notifications, everything is more transparent and again traceable, with quick search I can find any information I need in 2 clicks.
