What do you like best about Alertus Unified Mass Notification System?

Everytime I have had to contact Alertus with any issue, implentation or just general questions I have been treated with such respect and courtesy. The support folks are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They respond in a timely manner and always solve my problems very quickly.
