What do you like best about AlertMedia?

AlertMedia is a forward-thinking team that consistently delivers a high level of customer support. Their Real-Time Signals module has elevated our team’s ability to respond and help ensure the safety of our people by leveraging AI to provide faster, actionable signals. I believe the value of the platform moderately compares to what we are paying for the service. I am happy to continue supporting AlertMedia as mentioned, they are forward thinking and responsive to our feedback while still providing outstanding customer service. What do you dislike about AlertMedia?

At one point, we had a Customer Success Manager who wasn’t fully aligned with our team’s strategic vision and needs. AlertMedia was responsive, and we’ve felt fully supported ever since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AlertMedia solving and how is that benefiting you?

AlertMedia's Threat Intelligence replaced a technology that was overwhelming our team with noise. The analyst-vetted signals do a great job of giving us actionable, relevant information that our team can actually use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
