"Great way to create surveys"

What do you like best about Alchemer Feedback Platform?

Surveygizmo give us many ways and options to design our surveys. The variety of templates and forms are insane compared with the competition. They provide us with all kind of tools to create in the proper way our surveys and with this gather important feedback, thoughts and comments about products, services or any changes that could make difference in a business. Another thing is the price, compared with the big fish like Qualtrics is too cheap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alchemer Feedback Platform?

The support team in the first place. It seems that they are not interested in solve any problem, even if it was a small issue. I don't know if was only me but never fix a issue with them. Another thing that is bothering me is the increasing of the price. Ok I know I just said the price is cheaper than Qualtrics but should be more accessible to the wallet. Departing from this, the program is good and I got not more bad things to say about this survey creator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Alchemer Feedback Platform:

Just do it. The program is good quality and price is not that expensive comparing the features that they provide, I know Qualtrics bring more to the table but the price is higher. If your budget is up to the surveygizmo pricing, don't doubt on buy it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main thing is Surveygizmo provide us all the tools for create surveys and with this we are capable of read feedbacks, thoughts, comments, ideas from many people and transform them all into one that can work for everybody.
